By providing protection from asthma and allergy triggers these products are preventative care for a healthy night’s sleep. With fully zippered 25/75 cotton/polyester fabric to properly encase pillows, mattresses and duvet/comforters they afford asthma and allergy protection.

• Air filters – use special air vents filters or seal vents with tape. Baseboard heaters are best.
• Bedding – encase pillows, mattress and box spring in special dust proof coverings.
Wash every two weeks at 130ºF (55ºC).
• Window coverings – install shades. Avoid heavy curtains and venetian blinds.
• Temperature and humidity – room temperature should be 68-70ºF (20ºC).
Keep humidity below 50%.
• Furniture – avoid upholstered furniture. Choose wipeable surfaces or dust proof covers.
• Floor coverings – avoid carpets. Hardwood is ideal. Floor mats should be washable.
Avoid shampoos and steam cleaning.
